Q: How long does it take to get “in shape”?

A: From our experience, if you dedicate yourself to working out
with a personal trainer at Jean Robert’s Gym
following a strict cardio, weight and nutrition regimen,
you will be able to shed up to 20 pounds of body fat
within two or three months.

Q: Can I come to Jean Robert’s Gym and work out by myself?

A: Yes and no. When you become a member of Jean Robert’s Gym,
you have unlimited access to cardio equipment and certainly
can come to the gym during operation hours.
However, we do not allow members of the Gym to work
with weights without the supervision and instruction
of a qualified trainer. We do this so in order to oversee
the progression of each members training
as well as ensure there is no injury during a workout.

Q: Can I workout with a friend or spouse at Jean Robert’s Gym?

A: Definitely! We believe and understand
in the power of workout partners. Our recommendation
is that initially you begin your fitness routine separately
with the same personal trainer. Once you and your trainer have
solidified a fitness program for you, and your workout partner
has done the same, then you have the option of combining
your training time, and still have the personal attention
from the trainer that knows you both the best!

Q: How early are you open?

A: Jean Robert’s Gym is open everyday from 6 am to 8pm.

Q: Is Jean Robert’s Gym a private gym?

A: Yes. There are never more than four trainers and
four clients in the gym at one time. We ensure that
when you train at Jean Robert’s Gym, you have
your trainer’s full attention, equipment is always available,
and you are completely comfortable in your surroundings.
You can listen to your favorite music, or watch your
favorite television show while working out – whatever makes
your training time the most enjoyable for you!

Q: Do I have to be in shape already to train
with a personal trainer at Jean-Robert’s Gym?

A: We train people of every ability.
We design each person’s workout according to
their personal ability and build upon your strengths
and overcome your weaknesses. We train professional skiers,
soccer and hockey athletes as well as first timers
who have decided to make fitness a priority in their lives.

Q: What is the best age to begin working with a personal trainer?

A: From age 9 to…well you can workout with
a personal trainer at Jean Robert’s Gym
at any age!

Q: What is the best way to trim my waistline?

A: That’s a tough question to answer.
